30+ years of experience in the business world. For about 15 years I’ve successfully held management positions as direct report to the board, another 15+ years I have worked as a self-employed consultant. In discussion I meet with you on eye level. I know both sides of the table, the internal as well as the external. From the very beginning of my career, development and chance have been my topics, both strategically and in implementation.
