For many years I have been helping small and large teams (>100 people) to develop. Connecting Events are energetic days filled with various activities and with lots of learning opportunities. Barriers in understanding and communication are dissolved, shared targets are defined, efficiency increases noticeably. Connecting Events are an open format that can be combined with e. g. outdoor activities and other sequences. Participants are invited to join the design process as well as facilitation.
